Heritage

Heritage is an all-solid red oak line from Appalachian Flooring, and every board is 3/4" thick and 4 1/4" wide. Its surface is textured and brushed with a flat sheen, which gives the grain a rugged, lived-in feel and keeps daily wear from standing out. That makes it a good match for family rooms, hallways and homes with pets.

All six colours are Excel grade: Grand Canyon, Machu Picchu, Perito Moreno, Petra, Serengeti and Stonehedge. A single width keeps ordering simple and gives rooms a consistent, traditional plank look. Because these are solid boards rather than engineered planks, they belong on a wood subfloor on the main or upper floors, not in basements or over concrete. Solid hardwood of this thickness can also be sanded and refinished years down the road.

22FLOORING supplies and installs Heritage across Toronto and the GTA, with solid hardwood installation from $4.50 per square foot.
