8218 Vinyl 10mm Toronto Collection By Riche

Running the same floor through the kitchen, hall and living room keeps a small house feeling bigger, and 8218 is built to do that in rooms where water is a factor. It is SPC luxury vinyl, which means a waterproof stone-composite core, and at 10 mm the plank is substantial underfoot. Riche puts a 20 mil wear layer over the wood finish surface, which is the grade we recommend for families rather than for a light-use bedroom. Boards measure 48.03″ × 7.09″ and carry micro bevel edges. They lock with a 5G drop lock and float over a flat, clean subfloor. A carton takes care of 11.82 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 8218 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
