Why vinyl works
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and rigid-core SPC flooring are built to handle water. That makes them a strong choice for basements, kitchens, bathrooms and busy family rooms where hardwood or laminate could be damaged.
SPC has a stone-composite core, so it stays stable through temperature changes and feels solid underfoot. Most vinyl planks click together as a floating floor, which keeps installation fast and clean.

Click vinyl plank installation is $3.20 per square foot. Glue-down vinyl, including dryback, LVT and loose lay, is $5.50 per square foot with the glue included.
Prices are for installation, and taking up your old floor is included. The floor itself is priced on top: choose from over 5,000 floors we supply, or we install your own. Your final price depends on your home, the condition of the subfloor and the details of the job, and we confirm everything in a free written quote.
