Flooring Financing in Toronto & GTA
Renovate now and pay later. The most popular plan is simple: no payments and no interest for 6 months, then affordable monthly payments with no backdated interest. 0% plans over 3 and 12 months are available too. Up to $150,000, on approved credit, covering the floor, the labour and the staircase, in houses and condos across Toronto and the GTA.
The in-home visit is free, the quote is a fixed written price, and financing is arranged through our partner Financeit before any work starts. The 6-month 0% plan is the one most of our customers choose, and you can apply online in a few minutes. 22FLOORING is rated 5.0 out of 5 on Google.
How it works
You choose the floor and we measure and quote as usual. If you would rather spread the cost, you apply online with Financeit, and on approval you pick a term of 3, 6 or 12 months at 0% interest. A signed release form authorises the work and the payment to us, so nothing is owed on the day the crew arrives.
Because the interest rate is zero for the whole term, the total you pay is the quoted price, split into equal monthly payments. There is no deposit taken by 22FLOORING when a job is financed; the financing provider handles the payment schedule.
Cost per month
At 0% interest the arithmetic is simple: the quoted total divided by the number of months. Using our installation rates and a typical 800 sq ft main floor, installation only:
- Laminate or click vinyl at $3.20 per sq ft: $2,560, or about $213 a month over 12 months
- Engineered hardwood at $4.90 per sq ft including glue and nails: $3,920, or about $327 a month over 12 months
- Glue-down vinyl at $5.50 per sq ft including glue: $4,400, or about $367 a month over 12 months
- Staircase remodelling at about $7,000 a flight: about $583 a month over 12 months
Add the flooring you choose, and the same split applies to the whole quote. Every figure is confirmed in writing before you sign anything. Financing is subject to approval by the provider.
What's covered
The whole project, not just the labour:
- Engineered, solid and click hardwood, supplied and installed
- Vinyl plank, SPC and glue-down vinyl
- Laminate, porcelain and ceramic tile, and carpet
- Staircase remodelling, spindles, railings and refinishing
- Taking up the old floor, and subfloor levelling when it’s part of the quote
We work across Toronto, Vaughan and Woodbridge, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham and Richmond Hill, and travel as far as London.
Your own flooring
If you have sourced your own flooring, the installation can still be financed on the same 0% terms, as long as we approve the material first. Send us the brand and product name with your square footage and we will tell you quickly whether we will install it.
What people are saying?
Frequently asked questions
Is the financing really 0% interest?
Yes. The most popular plan is no payments and no interest for the first 6 months, then monthly payments with no backdated interest. 0% plans over 3 and 12 months are also available. All on approved credit; the total you repay for the promotional period is the quoted price of the job.
How much can I finance?
Projects up to $150,000, which covers a whole-house floor and staircase renovation. The amount approved is set by the financing provider.
Does financing cover the flooring or just the installation?
Both. The floor, the installation, the staircase and any subfloor work in the quote can all be financed together.
Is there a deposit?
Not when a job is financed. A signed release form from the financing provider authorises the work and the payment, so nothing is due to 22FLOORING on installation day.
Who provides the financing?
Financeit, a Canadian consumer-financing company we work with. You apply online during the quote stage, approval is theirs, and we schedule the job once the release form is signed. The 6-month 0% plan is the most popular.
