Our
Approach
Every vinyl job starts with a free in-home measure. We read the product sheet to see whether the plank clicks together or glues down, check the subfloor is flat enough for the method, and tell you both before we quote. Glue-down over a rough slab needs prep; click over a sound floor does not, and the price reflects that.
We match transitions and trim to the plank, keep the home usable while the sequence allows, and give you a fixed written price. We work across Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham and Richmond Hill.
We are licensed, insured to $2 million and WSIB compliant. Our workmanship is warranted for up to two years, and most of the floors we carry come with a manufacturer warranty of 20 to 40 years residential, 10 to 20 commercial.
What vinyl installation costs
Click vinyl, the floating SPC and LVP planks that lock together over an underlay, is installed from $3.20 per square foot. Glue-down vinyl, which covers dryback planks, LVT tile and loose lay, is from $5.50 per square foot including the glue. Taking up your old floor is included, and we supply the vinyl too, or fit planks you have already bought. The method is set by the product, not by us, and every vinyl product page on our site shows which one applies.
Vinyl is waterproof, which is why it goes into basements, condo units and kitchens more than any other floor we fit. Glue-down needs a flat, clean subfloor, so we check that at the free measure and price any prep before you commit. Prices for each type are on our page on vinyl installation cost in Toronto.

Frequently asked questions
How much does vinyl plank installation cost in Toronto?
Click vinyl is $3.20 per square foot installed. Glue-down vinyl, which includes loose lay, is $5.50 per square foot and that price includes the glue. Every quote is fixed in writing after a free in-home measure.
Is vinyl plank really waterproof, and can it go in a basement?
The board itself is waterproof on SPC and luxury vinyl plank, which is why it is the usual pick for basements, kitchens and entryways. Worth being clear though: water that gets underneath still has to be dried out, so a leak is still a problem, just not one that ruins the planks.
Should I choose click vinyl or glue-down?
Click vinyl floats over the subfloor and is quicker to fit, which suits most homes. Glue-down is the steadier choice over large open areas and in commercial spaces, and it needs a flatter subfloor. The price difference is $3.20 against $5.50 per square foot.
How long does a vinyl floor take to install?
Most homes are finished in one to three days. You will have the dates in writing before we start, and we clean up at the end of each day.
You get one point of contact from your first quote to the day we clean up and hand the room back to you.
We take the time on subfloor preparation and fastening that makes that silence possible, because noise is the first sign of a rushed installation.
With hundreds of successful projects under our belt, you can trust us to deliver exceptional results for your space.
We will tell you honestly which products manage both, and which ones only look the part.
