We do not keep a showroom in the city; the team drives down to you instead. The in-home visit costs nothing, and you get to hold the samples against your own walls, cabinets and daylight before you decide.
Where we work
Jobs come to us from Port Credit, Lorne Park, Mineola and Clarkson near the water, from Streetsville, Meadowvale and Erin Mills further north, and from Cooksville, Applewood, Churchill Meadows and Malton.
Condo work is a steady part of the week: the towers around Square One and the City Centre, the buildings along Hurontario, and the blocks close to the lakeshore. The rest of Peel, plus Toronto and the wider GTA, is covered from that same Woodbridge shop.

Floors we install
Hardwood flooring. Solid boards and engineered boards, herringbone layouts included, with engineered options chosen when a unit sits on a concrete slab. Hardwood installation
Vinyl plank flooring. Waterproof vinyl and SPC, either clicked together or glued straight down, which is what makes it work in towers and below-grade rooms. Vinyl installation
Laminate flooring. Click-lock boards set over an underlay picked for the room and, in a condo, for the building. Laminate installation

Installation prices
Here are the rates in writing, so a budget exists before anyone knocks on the door.
- Click vinyl plank, floating: $3.20 per sq ft
- Glue-down vinyl: $5.50 per sq ft, glue included
- Engineered hardwood, glued and nailed: $4.90 per sq ft
- Engineered hardwood that clicks and floats: $3.20 per sq ft
- Laminate: $3.20 per sq ft
- Solid hardwood: $4.50 per sq ft
- Stair remodelling: in the region of $7,000 for a single flight
- Tile: we price this once we have the room sizes
Those figures are labour. Material sits on top of them, and the closing number moves with the shape your subfloor is in, the layout of the rooms and the transitions and trim the job needs. All of it lands in a free written quote, not afterwards as a surprise.
Your own flooring
If the material is already ordered or sitting in the garage, we will lay it, provided we look it over first and agree it will hold up. Anything too thin or too poorly made gets turned down, because the finished floor carries our name for years. Send the product details over and you will get a straight answer.

Common questions
Can you meet my condo board’s sound rules?
Most buildings set a sound rating for anything other than carpet and want the underlay specification handed in before the work starts. Tell us what your board asks for, we will match the underlay to it and pass on the documents management needs.
How do delivery and the service elevator work in a tower?
We fit in with the building. Material goes up in the service elevator during the window management books, and unloading happens at the loading area or on the parking level when the clearance allows the van in. Mention the restrictions when you book and we plan around them.
My unit sits on a concrete slab. What can go over it?
Glue-down vinyl at $5.50 per sq ft with the glue included, click vinyl or laminate over the right underlay at $3.20, and engineered hardwood either glued at $4.90 or floating at $3.20. Flatness and moisture in the slab get checked while we measure.
Our house in Port Credit is old. Does that complicate things?
Older houses around the lake and in Streetsville often hide plank subfloors, layers added by earlier owners, and rooms that have settled out of level. That shows up as preparation work rather than a higher rate, and it gets flagged and priced when we come out to quote. What a flooring renovation costs

Yes, once it has been approved. Low-grade product is the only thing we refuse.
