Carpet & Rugs

Carpet is still the most comfortable floor for bedrooms, basements and home offices. It is warm and soft underfoot, and it absorbs sound, which helps in rec rooms and upper floors.

What we carry. Our catalogue has 130 carpet products from Beaulieu and Fuzion, including a large range of carpet tiles for basements, offices and commercial spaces.

Carpet tiles. Carpet tiles are laid as squares instead of one large piece. They are easy to fit around corners and columns, and if one gets stained or damaged, you can replace that single tile instead of the whole floor. That makes them a practical choice for basements, playrooms and workspaces.

Fibre. Much of our carpet is made from nylon, which is resilient and bounces back well in busy areas. There are polyester options too. Many products are solution-dyed, which means the colour runs right through the fibre rather than sitting on the surface, so they resist fading and hold up well to cleaning.

Before it goes down. The subfloor needs to be clean, dry and level. In basements it is worth making sure there are no moisture problems before carpet is laid.

22FLOORING supplies carpet across Toronto and the GTA, and as far as Bowmanville, Castleton, Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls and London. We supply the material only and do not install carpet. Send us your square footage for a free quote, or contact us with any questions.
