About the collection
Tryesse by Beaulieu Carpet
Tryesse is Beaulieu's soft cut pile carpet in 100% BCF solution-dyed polyester, rated for residential use. Polyester feels soft and holds its colour, so this is the line to look at for bedrooms, nurseries, living rooms and basement family rooms rather than a busy commercial hallway.
The nine styles come in two textures. Spartacus, Opus III, Minotaur, High Five and Abbey Road are cut pile textured, a twisted surface that hides footprints and vacuum lines. The four Ambiance styles, Serene, Cosy, Calm and Warm, are cut pile frieze, with tightly twisted yarns that give a more casual, nubby look. Pile weight is the big variable, from 30.0 oz per square yard on High Five, Abbey Road and Cosy Ambiance up to 58.0 oz on Serene Ambiance and 75.0 oz on Warm Ambiance, the heaviest in the group. Each style comes in 9 to 12 colours on woven polypropylene and Action Bac backings.
