Twelve Oaks

Our Twelve Oaks vinyl covers 121 products in ten lines, split between floating click floors and glue-down vinyl, with wear layers of 12 mil or 20 mil. The main decision is matching the line to the room and the install method.

Surewood, Surewood Plus, Surewood Pro and Surewood Chevron have a WPC core, are 5/16" to 11/32" thick, and come with a 20 mil wear layer, in planks up to 72" long, 18" x 36-5/8" tiles and a 12" x 28-1/4" chevron. SolidCore Ultra 5G and Wishbone Luxury Vinyl are 1/4" rigid SPC planks with a 20 mil wear layer, which suits kitchens, basements and condos. SolidCore is a slimmer 3/16" SPC plank with a 12 mil wear layer, fine for bedrooms and lighter-traffic rooms.

Foundation Premium is a 5mm glue-down vinyl with a 20 mil wear layer, in planks and 12" x 24" tiles. Foundation 2520 and Foundation Endure are thinner, 3/32" to 7/32", and 2520 is a dryback that gets glued down. Glue-down floors are bonded to the subfloor, so they stay put under heavy furniture. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Twelve Oaks vinyl across Toronto and the GTA. Frequently asked questions

How much does Twelve Oaks flooring cost installed in Toronto?
Click vinyl is from $3.20 per square foot and glue-down from $5.50 with the glue included. The floor itself is priced separately, and the figure is fixed in writing after a free in-home measure.

Is Twelve Oaks vinyl waterproof?
The board itself is waterproof, which is why it suits basements, kitchens and entryways. Water that gets underneath still has to be dried out, so a leak is still a problem - just not one that ruins the planks.

Can I see Twelve Oaks samples before I decide?
We bring samples out at the free in-home measure, which is the only honest way to judge a colour.

Do you install Twelve Oaks outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover Toronto and the GTA, and our crews go as far as Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls and Castleton.
