Lotus Foundation Premium By Twelve Oaks

Lotus is a light grey glue-down vinyl plank measuring 7-3/8″ x 48-1/4″ and 3/16″ thick. Because it is glued rather than clicked together, there is no underlay and no floating layer, so the floor height stays low and the result feels almost like part of the subfloor. Twelve Oaks rates colour variation as low, which gives an even look through connected rooms. The 20 mil wear layer is the part doing the work against scratches and scuffs. Keep the space at 18–27 °C (65–80 °F) and 35%–55% relative humidity, both during the install and afterwards. Each box holds 24.7 sq ft of the Foundation Premium plank. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lotus across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
