About the collection
Foundation Premium by Twelve Oaks
Foundation Premium is Twelve Oaks' glue-down vinyl collection. Every style shares the same build: 5 mm (3/16") thick with a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer and a micro V-bevelled edge. Because it is glued to the subfloor instead of floating, the floor stays thin and solid underfoot, which helps in kitchens, condos and basements where door clearances and transitions to other floors matter.
Planks come in 9-3/8" x 59-7/8" (23.4 sq ft per box) and 7-3/8" x 48-1/4" (24.7 sq ft per box), and there are also 12" x 24" tiles (20.1 sq ft per box). Installation means preparing a flat, clean subfloor and setting each piece into adhesive, so it is a job for an installer rather than a click-together weekend project. The specs call for a room temperature of 18 to 27 °C and relative humidity between 35% and 55%. Shades range from light natural and light brown to light and dark grey.
Foundation Premium has 14 styles, including Willow Branch, Delta Marsh, Royal Velvet, Olympian and Nacre. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Foundation Premium across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
