SolidCore Ultra 5G

Twelve Oaks built this line on an SPC core, so it is rigid and waterproof, which makes it a practical floor for kitchens, basements, laundry rooms and condos. Every product is 1/4" thick with a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer, a good level for kids, pets and daily foot traffic. It installs as a floating floor, so there is no glue to spread or cure.

There are two formats: 8-7/8" x 60" planks and 12" x 24" tiles. The long planks work well in open living areas, while the tiles suit kitchens, entries and bathrooms. The specs call for a room kept between 18 and 27 °C (65 to 80 °F) with 35% to 55% relative humidity, which is normal for a heated, lived-in home. Shades run from light grey and light natural through medium brown to dark brown and dark grey.

The collection has 14 colours, including Honey Tea, Kaffee, Pillow Cloud, Starry Night and Artic Seal. 22FLOORING supplies and installs SolidCore Ultra 5G across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
