About the collection
Home's Pro Vinyl Flooring
This brand's vinyl range on our site covers 53 products in eight series, and they are not all built the same way. Five are floating SPC click planks with an IXPE or cork underlayment: Milan at 5.5 mm, Sydney at 6.0 mm, Venice at 6.5 mm, Moscow at 7.0 mm and Vancouver at 8.0 mm. Sound ratings run from STC 65 on Milan to STC 74 on Moscow, Sydney and Vancouver, which matters in condos and upstairs rooms.
Sydney is the herringbone option, with short 5.91" x 29.53" pieces, and Vancouver has the longest planks at 7.17" x 60". Madrid is different again: a 12.0 mm waterproof laminate with an AC4 rating and a Unilin click joint, for people who want the solid feel of laminate in a kitchen or main floor.
Seoul and Sweden are glue-down planks, 7.36" x 48.31". Seoul is 5.0 mm with a 0.5 mm wear layer, while Sweden is a thin 2.0 mm with 0.3 mm, suited to low-traffic rooms, rentals and spots where floor height is tight. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Home’s Pro across Toronto and the GTA. Frequently asked questions
How much does Home's Pro flooring cost installed in Toronto?
Click vinyl is from $3.20 per square foot and glue-down from $5.50 with the glue included. The floor itself is priced separately, and the figure is fixed in writing after a free in-home measure.
Is Home's Pro vinyl waterproof?
The board itself is waterproof, which is why it suits basements, kitchens and entryways. Water that gets underneath still has to be dried out, so a leak is still a problem - just not one that ruins the planks.
Can I see Home's Pro samples before I decide?
We bring samples out at the free in-home measure, which is the only honest way to judge a colour.
Do you install Home's Pro outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover Toronto and the GTA, and our crews go as far as Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls and Castleton.
