225- Seattle Sweden By Home’s Pro

Seattle (colour 225) belongs to Home's Pro's Sweden series. The plank measures 7.36" by 48.31" and is only 2.0 mm thick, with a 0.3 mm wear layer and a BP surface. Edges are micro-bevelled, so the joints read softly rather than as deep grooves. This is a glue-down product: the planks are set into adhesive spread over the subfloor, which gives a firm, quiet feel underfoot without the hollow sound some floating floors make. A thin floor like this follows whatever lies beneath it, so our installers flatten the subfloor first. Temperature tolerance is listed at -20 °C to +60 °C. Each box holds 16 planks and covers 39.52 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Seattle across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
