Sweden

Sweden is the thinnest vinyl in the Home’s Pro range at 2.0 mm, a glue-down plank with a 0.3 mm wear layer. A floor this thin adds almost no height, which is handy next to carpet or tile, under doors that cannot be trimmed, or in a rental unit being refreshed between tenants.

Planks are 7.36" x 48.31" with a micro-bevel and are glued straight to the subfloor. That keeps them fixed under furniture, but the subfloor must be smooth and level first, since a 2.0 mm plank shows every ridge and nail head. The 0.3 mm surface is best for bedrooms, offices and other lighter-traffic rooms rather than a busy entry. It is rated for temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C. Boxes are generous, with 16 planks covering 39.52 sq ft.

Colours are Porto, Seattle, Macau, Vienna, Kenora and Toyama. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sweden across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
