Vancouver is Home's Pro's SPC vinyl plank collection. Every colour has the same build: 8.0 mm thick with a 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment, a painted bevel and a Unilin locking system. SPC has a rigid, waterproof core, which makes it a practical floor for kitchens, basements and entryways where water and salt get tracked in.

The planks are 7.17" wide and 60" long, with 6 planks and 17.92 sq. ft. in a box. Sound ratings are STC 74 and IIC 73. IIC measures footstep noise passing to the room below, so this is a good fit for condos and upper floors. The planks tolerate temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C, so they also suit sunrooms, cottages and other spaces that are not heated all year. The Unilin joint clicks together, which keeps installation quick and tidy.

The collection comes in six colours: Kitsilano, Malibu, Nanaimo, Richmond, Whistler and Yellow Knife. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Vancouver across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
