8805 – Nanaimo Vancouver By Home’s Pro

Nanaimo is listed as colour 8805 and is an SPC plank from the Vancouver collection by Home's Pro. SPC means a rigid stone-composite core that does not swell when it gets wet, so bathrooms, entryways and below grade rooms are all fair game. The board is 8.0 mm thick with a 1.5 mm IXPE underpad attached, painted bevelled edges and a BP surface, and it locks with a Unilin system. For anyone in an apartment, the STC 74 and IIC 73 ratings describe how much airborne and impact noise the assembly holds back. Boxes contain 6 planks, or 17.92 sq ft, which is the figure to use when you work out how much to order. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Nanaimo across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
