8803 – Richmond By Home’s Pro

Richmond (8803) comes from Home's Pro's Vancouver collection, a luxury SPC vinyl with a rigid stone-composite core. For a busy household, that core means the floor is waterproof and stays stable, so a spill in the kitchen or a wet dog at the back door is easy to deal with. Richmond measures 8.0 mm thick and 7.17″ wide by 60″ long, with painted bevelled edges. It uses a Unilin locking system and has a 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment. It is rated STC 74 and IIC 73, good news for families with bedrooms upstairs. The finish is listed as a BP surface, and temperature tolerance is rated from -20 °C to +60 °C. Each box has 6 planks and covers 17.92 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Richmond across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
