8801 – Malibu Vancouver By Home’s Pro

Malibu carries colour number 8801 in the Vancouver line from Home's Pro. The planks run 60″ long by 7.17″ wide with painted bevelled edges and a BP surface, so a room fills in with fewer joints to look at. Being SPC, the core is stone-composite and fully waterproof, which is why we suggest it for basements, condos and rental units where a leak is a real possibility. Total build is 8.0 mm, and 1.5 mm of that is an IXPE underpad already attached to every plank. The rated temperature range runs from -20 °C to +60 °C, which suits a sunroom or a cottage that goes unheated over the winter. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Malibu across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
