About the collection
COREtec Floors Vinyl Flooring
On our vinyl pages, COREtec Floors covers 234 styles across seven lines in two builds. The Originals Classic, Enhanced and Premium lines sit on a waterproof foamed core that is softer and quieter underfoot. The Pro Classic, Enhanced and Premium lines use a thinner solid polymer core that holds up better under heavy furniture.
Originals Classic planks are 6.5 mm to 8 mm with a 12 to 20 mil wear layer. Originals Enhanced comes in 8 mm or 12 mm with at least 20 mil, and Originals Premium spans 7.5 mm to 19 mm with 20 to 30 mil, including 9" Grande planks in mixed lengths. Every Pro plank is 5 mm to 6.5 mm with a 20 mil wear layer. COREtec Tile adds 21 stone, marble and cement looks in 12" x 24" and 18" x 36" sizes.
Almost every product has attached cork or Soft Step underlayment and can float or be glued, and all are rated above, on or below grade. Choose Pro for busy homes with pets, or thicker Originals Premium for open living areas. 22FLOORING supplies and installs COREtec Floors across Toronto and the GTA. Frequently asked questions
How much does COREtec flooring cost installed in Toronto?
Click vinyl is from $3.20 per square foot and glue-down from $5.50 with the glue included. The floor itself is priced separately, and the figure is fixed in writing after a free in-home measure.
Is COREtec vinyl waterproof?
The board itself is waterproof, which is why it suits basements, kitchens and entryways. Water that gets underneath still has to be dried out, so a leak is still a problem - just not one that ruins the planks.
Can I see COREtec samples before I decide?
We bring samples out at the free in-home measure, which is the only honest way to judge a colour.
Do you install COREtec outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover Toronto and the GTA, and our crews go as far as Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls and Castleton.
