COREtec Pro Premium

Every style on this page has a 20 mil wear layer and cork underlayment already attached. Nineteen of the 20 use a solid polymer core, and Hemphill Oak, which also appears under Originals Classic, has a waterproof foamed core instead. All of them can float or be glued direct and are rated for above, on or below grade, so they work in basements, kitchens and condos where moisture and footstep noise are a concern. A 20 mil wear layer is a sensible level for family homes with kids and pets.

Apart from Hemphill Oak, the styles come in two sizes. The 7" x 48" planks are 6.0 mm thick with an enhanced integrated bevel, and a carton covers 16.97 sq ft. The wider 9" x 72" planks are 5.2 mm with an enhanced painted bevel and a UV acrylic finish, and a carton covers 36.64 sq ft. Those long boards suit open living areas and larger rooms, with fewer end joints across the floor.

There are 20 styles, including Mercer Oak, Norfolk Maple, Wiltshire Oak, Berkshire Elm and Brookfield Maple. 22FLOORING supplies and installs COREtec Pro Premium across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
