Product Specifications
If you want a single floor running from the front hall through the kitchen and down into the basement, Brookfield Maple is rated for above, on and below grade. It is a COREtec Pro Premium plank at 7" x 48" and 6.0 mm thick, with a solid polymer core and a 20 mil wear layer facing the room. The bevel is an enhanced integrated profile, so board edges stay visible. Cork comes attached underneath, which saves a separate underlay and quiets footsteps. We can float it over a prepared subfloor or glue it down, and each carton covers 16.97 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Brookfield Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
