Bastion Elm COREtec Pro Premium By COREtec Floors

With a V4 substantial variation rating, Bastion Elm gives a floor with plenty of change between boards, so it is worth opening several cartons and working out of all of them as the floor goes in. Each plank is 9" x 72" by 5.2 mm, built on a solid polymer core beneath a 20 mil wear layer and a coat of UV acrylic. Enhanced painted bevels frame the boards. The cork underlayment is factory attached, so a pad is one less thing to order. COREtec Pro Premium allows above, on and below grade installs, floating or direct glue. A carton covers 36.64 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bastion Elm across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
