Fairhaven Oak COREtec Pro Premium By COREtec Floors

Fairhaven Oak is one of the 7" x 48" planks in the COREtec Pro Premium collection, 6.0 mm thick and built around a solid polymer core. Its installation grade covers above, on and below, which is what a basement project needs, and it can be laid floating or in direct glue. Cork underlayment is attached at the factory, so no separate pad is required and the floor is quieter to walk on. An enhanced integrated bevel outlines each board. A 20 mil wear layer sits on the surface, and a carton holds 16.97 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Fairhaven Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
