Lawrence Maple COREtec Pro Premium By COREtec Floors

Lawrence Maple is rated for installation above, on or below grade, so the same plank works on a main floor and in a finished basement. It comes from the Pro Premium collection by COREtec and is built on a solid polymer core 6.0 mm thick. A 20 mil wear layer covers the surface, which is the figure to look at if you have pets or a busy hallway. The cork underlayment is already attached, so nothing else needs rolling out and the floor sounds less hollow underfoot. Planks are 7" x 48" with an enhanced integrated bevel, and each carton covers 16.97 sq ft. Fitting can be floating or direct glue. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lawrence Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
