Product Specifications
The cork underlayment bonded to the back of Douglas Maple takes the place of a separate underlay and softens the sound of footsteps, which is worth having in a condo or an upstairs bedroom. Under it sits a solid polymer core, part of what lets this COREtec Pro Premium plank go into below grade rooms as well as main floors. The board measures 7" x 48" and 6.0 mm overall, edged with an enhanced integrated bevel. Surface protection comes from a 20 mil wear layer. Order by the carton, each covering 16.97 sq ft, and choose between a floating install and direct glue. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Douglas Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
