Product Specifications
The enhanced integrated bevel on Essex Maple defines each joint, so a floor laid with these 7" x 48" planks reads as separate boards rather than one flat sheet. Construction is a solid polymer core at 6.0 mm with a 20 mil wear layer, the build used across COREtec Pro Premium. Cork underlayment on the back means you are not buying a pad separately, and it takes some of the noise out of each step. This one is cleared for above, on and below grade, including basements and condo floors. Cartons cover 16.97 sq ft, and the planks can be floated or set in direct glue. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Essex Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
