Impressive Floors

Impressive Floors has five vinyl collections on our site, eight colours in each, and they split into two install types. Elegant, Eterna and Essex are click floors on an engineered locking system with underlayment already attached: IXPE on Elegant at 7.5 mm and Eterna at 6.5 mm, and EVA on Essex at 5.5 mm.

Those three share a 7" x 60" wood grain plank with a painted bevel on all four sides. The IXPE lines list STC 73 and IIC 72 sound ratings, against STC 63 and IIC 62 for Essex, so Elegant or Eterna is the stronger pick for condos and upper floors. Ventura at 2.5 mm and Volterra at 2 mm are thinner embossed 7" x 48" planks, glued down except for one Ventura colour listed with the locking system. Thin glue-down planks suit commercial spaces and rooms where floor height is tight.

Every collection is rated for top floor, main floor and basement installs, for residential and commercial use, with a Lifetime residential warranty and 15 Years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Impressive Floors across Toronto and the GTA. Frequently asked questions

How much does Impressive Floors flooring cost installed in Toronto?
Click vinyl is from $3.20 per square foot and glue-down from $5.50 with the glue included. Engineered hardwood is from $4.90 nailed or glued, including the glue and the nails, or $3.20 where it clicks and floats. Laminate is from $3.20 per square foot. The floor itself is priced separately, and the figure is fixed in writing after a free in-home measure.

Is Impressive Floors vinyl waterproof?
The board itself is waterproof, which is why it suits basements, kitchens and entryways. Water that gets underneath still has to be dried out, so a leak is still a problem - just not one that ruins the planks.

Can I see Impressive Floors samples before I decide?
We bring samples to the free in-home measure so you see the boards in your own light, not under showroom lighting.

Do you install Impressive Floors outside Toronto?
Yes. We work across Toronto and the GTA, and our installers travel as far as Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls and Castleton.
