Fuji Elegant By Impressive Floors

Fuji is a 7.5 mm floating plank in the Elegant Collection from Impressive Floors. Underfoot, the attached IXPE underlayment sits between the plank and the subfloor, and the floor carries an IIC-72 impact rating and an STC-73 sound rating, figures worth knowing if your condo has rules about floor noise. The surface has a wood grain look finished in UV cured acrylic, with painted designer bevels on all four sides. Planks measure 7″ x 60″ (180 mm x 1535 mm) and connect with an engineered locking system. Approved levels are top floor, main floor and basement. Use covers residential and commercial, with a lifetime residential warranty and a 15-year commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Fuji across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
