Fraser Volterra By Impressive Floors

Fraser is a Volterra collection plank from Impressive Floors, made to be glued directly to the subfloor. It is 2 mm thick, with UV cured acrylic sealing the embossed surface, and it comes in 48″ by 7″ (180 mm) planks. Rated for residential and commercial use, Fraser fits a family room as readily as a small office or retail space. It is approved for the basement, main floor and top floor. The warranty is lifetime on residential installs and 15 years on commercial ones. Before we glue, we check the subfloor for dips and ridges, because a thin floor follows whatever is underneath it. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Fraser across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
