Dutton Ventura By Impressive Floors

Dutton is a 2.5 mm embossed plank from Impressive Floors, sold in the Ventura Collection for residential and commercial projects. The top is finished with UV cured acrylic. Planks are 7″ (180 mm) wide and 48″ long and are installed by gluing them to the subfloor. Dutton is listed for basements, main floors and top floors, so it works in a lower-level family room as well as an upstairs bedroom. Its warranty is lifetime for homes and 15 years for businesses. We start every glue-down installation by checking the subfloor for flatness, since a low-profile plank like this one needs a smooth base. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Dutton across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
