Ginger is a 7.5 mm plank from the Elegant Collection by Impressive Floors, and it arrives with IXPE underlayment already attached. The sheet lists sound ratings of STC-73 and IIC-72, which matters in condos and upper floors where neighbours below hear footsteps. The planks run 7″ by 60″ (180 mm by 1535 mm) with a wood grain surface, a UV cured acrylic finish and a painted designer bevel on all four sides. They join with an engineered locking system and float, so no nails or glue go into your subfloor. Impressive approves it for top floors, main floors and basements, in homes or commercial spaces.
