Monaco Ventura By Impressive Floors

Monaco is a glue-down plank from the Ventura Collection by Impressive Floors. It has an embossed surface and measures 2.5 mm thick, 7″ (180 mm) wide and 48″ long. Because it is glued rather than floated, the plank bonds to the subfloor and stays put under heavy furniture. Impressive approves Ventura for the top floor, main floor and basement, so one product can run through a whole house. It is rated for both residential and commercial use, with a lifetime residential warranty and 15 years of commercial coverage. A thin glue-down plank will show dips and bumps underneath, so we check the subfloor and level it where needed before any adhesive goes down. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Monaco across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
