Umber Essex By Impressive

Umber is a 5.5 mm plank from the Essex collection by Impressive Floors, with an EVA underlayment already attached to the back. That pad goes with sound ratings of STC-63 and IIC-62, useful in condos and upstairs bedrooms where footsteps carry to the rooms below. The planks measure 7″ (180 mm) by 60″ (1535 mm) and join with an engineered locking system. A UV cured acrylic finish covers the wood grain surface, and all 4 sides have a painted designer bevel. Umber is approved for the top floor, main floor and basement, and for residential or commercial use. Warranty coverage is lifetime residential and 15 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Umber across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
