Flower Essex By Impressive Floors

Flower Essex is a wood grain plank in Impressive's Eterna collection, and it arrives with IXPE underlayment attached. That means one less material on the job, and the pad contributes to STC-73 and IIC-72 sound ratings. Dimensions are 6.5 mm thick, 180 mm wide and 1535 mm long. An engineered locking system holds the boards together. You can put Flower Essex in the basement, on the main floor or on the top floor, and it is rated for residential as well as commercial use. A UV cured acrylic finish covers the surface, and the edges have a painted designer bevel on 4 sides. The residential warranty is lifetime, and commercial use has 15 years of warranty coverage. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Flower Essex across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
