Next Floor Vinyl Flooring
Our Next Floor vinyl comes in three lines, 181 products in all: LVT with 80 styles, StoneCast with 64 and ScratchMaster with 37. The main difference is how each one goes down.
LVT is the glue-down line, set in full spread adhesive, with 12 to 28 mil wear layers. A few thicker styles, such as Level Best II and Donnington, are 4.5 mm to 5 mm and can also be loose laid with perimeter adhesive. A thin, bonded floor suits kitchens, hallways and rentals. StoneCast is a click floating floor, 5 mm to 8 mm thick with 12 to 28 mil wear layers and an attached cushion, rated for on, above or below grade, so it fits basements and condos.
ScratchMaster is the line to look at for pets and kids, and most of it carries an AC5 heavy commercial traffic rating. Organica (8 mm) and Botanica (6.5 mm) click together over a PVC-free plant fibre core, Lighthouse Point is a 5.5 mm drop-lock plank, and Center Point is a 3.2 mm tongue and groove plank glued down. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Next Floor vinyl across Toronto and the GTA. How much does Next Floor flooring cost installed in Toronto?
Click vinyl is from $3.20 per square foot and glue-down from $5.50 with the glue included. Laminate is from $3.20 per square foot. Engineered hardwood is from $4.90 nailed or glued, including the glue and the nails, or $3.20 where it clicks and floats. The floor itself is priced separately, and the figure is fixed in writing after a free in-home measure.
Is Next Floor vinyl waterproof?
The board itself is waterproof, which is why it suits basements, kitchens and entryways. Water that gets underneath still has to be dried out, so a leak is still a problem - just not one that ruins the planks.
Can I see Next Floor samples before I decide?
We bring samples to the free in-home measure so you see the boards in your own light, not under showroom lighting.
Do you install Next Floor outside Toronto?
Yes. We work across Toronto and the GTA, and our installers travel as far as Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls and Castleton.
