A 20 mil UV-cured Endurium urethane wear layer sits over the print on Natural Oak, and that is the part of the floor doing the work against dog claws, kitchen chairs and school bags. Underneath is a 5-layer WPC core 8.0 mm thick with a cushion already attached, from the StoneCast Mayfair ll collection. Each board runs 9″ wide with random lengths up to 72″ and four-sided colour-enhanced bevels. The floor floats on a 5G drop lock system, so nothing is nailed or glued to the subfloor and it can be installed on any level of the house, basement included.
