It is a 5.5 mm vinyl floor in the StoneCast Exceptional 539 range by Next Floor, edged with a full grain bevel and topped by 20 mil of UV-cured urethane. Static load limit under ASTM F970 exceeds 3000 lbs, so a fridge, a piano or a loaded bookcase can stand on it.
