213 Natural Maple StoneCast Exceptional 539 By Next Floor

Flooring a condo or an upper storey? The sound numbers on Natural Maple are the ones to read: Sound Transmission Class 72 and Impact Insulation Class 65, so less of what happens up here reaches the room below. This is a 5.5 mm vinyl plank in Next Floor's StoneCast Exceptional 539 line, and 1.5 mm of that thickness is cushion bonded to the back, which removes the separate underlay step. The planks join with the NextPro angle-angle locking system, a floating floor held down by nothing, and they can sit on, above or below grade. A 20 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer takes the daily traffic, and the product is FloorScore certified, phthalate free and made from 100% virgin PVC. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Natural Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
