The lifetime waterproof warranty on Streamline Oak is what makes it workable in a basement, a kitchen or a back entry, and the floor is rated below grade as well as on and above. It is part of Next Floor's StoneCast Expanse ll collection, 6 mm thick in a 9″ x 60″ format with bevelled, colour-enhanced edges on all four sides. A 20 mil UV-cured urethane layer takes care of scratching and scuffing, while the bonded cushion deals with sound and removes underlay from the materials list. Boards join with a NextPro double-lock angle-angle click. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Streamline Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
