713 Homestead StoneCast Epic 586 By Next Floor

Homestead is a WPC vinyl plank from Next Floor, part of the StoneCast Epic 586 collection, warranted for life against water, residential wear and cupping, with 30 years of commercial wear behind it. The five-layer build measures 7.0 mm and includes a bonded cushion, so nothing extra goes between the plank and the subfloor. Each board is 7 inches by 48 inches, bevelled on four sides, and finished with 20 mil of UV-cured Endurium urethane. Twelve planks fill a 43 lb carton and cover 28.4 sq ft, which is easy to count against a room. The floor is FloorScore certified and phthalate free, and it floats on a click system at any grade. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Homestead across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
