163 Natural Cream LVT Indestructible Plus 415 By Next Floor

Natural Cream (163) is a glue-down luxury vinyl plank from Next Floor's Indestructible Plus 415 line. A 28 mil wear layer, a UV-cured urethane finish and a lifetime residential wear warranty make it practical for homes with kids and pets. The planks measure 7.25″ x 48″ and are 3 mm thick, with RealTouch embossing in register and bevelled edges. A lifetime waterproof warranty suits kitchens, laundry rooms and basements. It goes down with full spread adhesive, and glue-down vinyl needs a flat, clean subfloor, so we prep the floor first. Sound test results of IIC 69 and STC 64 make it worth a look for condos. It is also FloorScore certified. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Natural Cream across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
