LVT

LVT is Next Floor's collection of glue-down luxury vinyl planks and tiles. Every style has a UV-cured urethane wear layer, from 12 mil up to 28 mil depending on the series, and thicknesses run from 2 mm to 5 mm. All of it is FloorScore certified and phthalate free, with a coefficient of friction above 0.6 for slip resistance. Because it is bonded to the subfloor, it holds up well in kitchens, condos and busy rooms where kids, pets and rolling chairs are part of the routine.

Planks range from 4" x 36" to 9.25" x 60.25", and tiles come in sizes such as 12" x 24" and 18" x 18". Most styles go down with full spread adhesive, and Next Floor recommends its NEXT 1200 adhesive. A few thicker series use DropFit loose lay, set with perimeter adhesive or fully glued. Warranties differ by series, from 10-year to 30-year commercial wear, with residential wear coverage from 20-year to lifetime.
