Bare Timber (202) is a luxury vinyl plank from Next Floor's Level Best ll 460 series, sold in nominal 7¼ inch by 48 inch boards. Being glued down, it stays put in rooms with wide temperature swings and under heavy furniture; the static load limit is 1200 lbs. The 5 mm build carries a 20 mil urethane wear layer cured with UV light, plus the 1 mm cork backing that softens footfall; the IIC rating is 72. Commercial wear is covered for 25 years, which tells you how the material copes in a shop or an office, let alone a family home.
