Silver Stria (006) is a Patina 419 tile from Next Floor in the 18 inch by 24 inch size, 3 mm thick. The surface carries 28 mil of UV-cured urethane and passes the ASTM slip test above 0.6, so it is a sensible floor for an entry or a washroom. Fitting is a full spread adhesive bond, which needs a level, clean base; we check the subfloor and prep it as part of the job. The tile holds a 1300 lbs static load, and the warranty runs lifetime waterproof, lifetime residential wear and 30 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Silver Stria across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
