118 Fairview Taupe LVT Indestructible Plus 415 By Next Floor

The warranty tells you where 118 Fairview Taupe sits: 30-year commercial wear, plus lifetime cover on both waterproofing and residential wear. It is part of the Indestructible Plus 415 series by Next Floor, classified under ASTM F1700 as Class III, Type B. Offices, clinics and open-plan main floors are the natural fit, helped by a 1300 lbs static load limit and a coefficient of friction that passes above 0.6 for slip resistance. The plank format is 7.25" x 48", 3 mm thick, with a bevelled edge on each piece. Full spread adhesive holds it in place, so the floor needs a sound, level subfloor underneath. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 118 Fairview Taupe across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
