Peltro (102) comes from Next Floor's Rosecliff 459 collection in a nominal 31 cm by 93 cm tile, 4.5 mm thick. Because it is bonded with adhesive rather than floated, the floor sits tight to the subfloor and holds heavy loads, tested to 1400 lbs. The 20 mil UV-cured urethane surface is FloorScore certified and phthalate free, made from 100% virgin material. Warranty cover runs lifetime for waterproof performance and residential wear, with 20 years on commercial wear, so it fits a home office or a small storefront as easily as a kitchen. Sound ratings are STC 63, IIC 72 and HIIC 90. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Peltro across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
