500 Modern Hickory LVT Donnington 450 By Next Floor

For a waterproof floor in a condo or busy family room, Modern Hickory (500) from Next Floor's Donnington 450 collection is worth a look. It comes with a lifetime waterproof warranty, and sound tests show IIC 72, STC 63 and HIIC 90, so footsteps carry less to the rooms below. Each plank is 4.5 mm thick and 9.25″ x 60.25″ nominal, with 4-sided micro-bevelled edges. The top is a 20 mil wear layer finished in UV-cured urethane. Underneath, fibreglass reinforcement supports the DropFit loose lay design. It is set with perimeter adhesive or a full spread of NEXT 1200 adhesive over a flat, prepared subfloor. Each carton holds 6 pieces. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Modern Hickory across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
