064 Belgian Linen LVT Groundwork 423 By Next Floor

Belgian Linen (064) is a Groundwork 423 vinyl from Next Floor, sold as planks and as 12" x 24" tiles. Its 12 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer and 2 mm build suit light commercial rooms, spare bedrooms and basement offices more than a busy family kitchen. Because it is fixed with full spread adhesive, the floor will not creep or gap the way a loose floating floor can, but it does need a properly prepared subfloor and we allow time for that. The adhesive specified is NEXT 1200. Certifications include FloorScore, and the product is phthalate free and made from 100% virgin PVC. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Belgian Linen across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
