Tuffle Oak (443) is a Medalist 453 plank from Next Floor, glued down in full spread adhesive rather than floated. Glue-down vinyl follows the subfloor closely, so dips and ridges will telegraph through; we check the base with a straight edge and patch or grind where needed. The plank size is a nominal 7.25 inches by 48 inches and the top is 12 mil of UV-cured urethane. Warranty cover is 20 years waterproof, which is enough for a kitchen or a laundry room, plus 20 years residential wear and 10 years commercial.
